Each individual may hold only one registered account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 777sxc reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals can be processed or at any time the operator deems a review necessary. The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and information purposes only. You may access and use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 777sxc does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned outages where practicable.
The Platform supports a range of payment options commonly used by Pakistani users, which may include mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment infrastructure such as Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and depends solely on the operator's current cashier integrations. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the operator. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, employing low-risk or mathematically neutral betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or acting in concert with other users — constitutes bonus abuse. 777sxc reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or close accounts where abuse is detected.
Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry dates as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account without compensation. It is your responsibility to review expiry conditions before accepting any promotional offer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of 777sxc or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777sxc. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be acted upon accordingly.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777sxc, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 777sxc does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team through the Help Center or Live Chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.
777sxc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, 777sxc reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Bonus funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited in all cases of breach. Real-money balances not associated with any misconduct will be returned subject to completed compliance checks.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the operator holds its applicable license. Where no such jurisdiction is specified, the governing law shall be determined by the operator.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 777sxc support team. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
